Job Description :

• Team lead to support commercial and data center projects
• Work with clients to understand project requirements
• Work with clients/project managers to plan, manage, design and supervise the engineering components of projects
• Plan and design engineering work that meets clients technical and budgetary requirements
• Work closely with architect, structural and other team members
• Prepare technical specifications and design drawings
• Carry out design calculations
• Assessing engineering costs and review submissions by contractors
• Attending factory testing and site testing
• Perform site surveys and prepare technical reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of engineering and design experience in commercial buildings/data center
• Experience in building design documentation for construction and familiar with local building regulations
• Great communicator with good leadership skills
