Job Description :

  • Handling of insurance policies submissions
  • Manage clients’ KYC
  • Customer due diligence check on clients’
  • Liaise with the respective insurer on submissions
  • Provide support to clients on their policies
  • Assist with servicing and following up with clients
  • Daily administrative tasks
  • Proper filing and records
  • Adhoc project and research may be required.


  • GCE ‘O/A” level
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate efficiently
  • Independent
